In Baltimore:
Call 311 or use http://www.baltimorecity.gov/, then click on 311 Services button
- When reporting a Sewer Overflow,
- Remember to send your Service Request number to HRWA
- Give them detailed directions and location
- If you can, meet them in the field to show them or have HRWA meet them
- Also report the overflow to HRWA and Maryland Department of the Environment.
- Report Water Main Breaks through 311
- To report Street Tree problems (pruning, removal or stump removal) call 311 or fill out the electronic form
